The entire riverfront property is included in your rental, which allows for various ceremony setups either outdoors or within the walls of our big, airy barn. The barn can serve as the perfect backdrop for your reception, but can also be utilized for your rehearsal dinner if desired. Other amenities include a bridal suite, groom room, two restrooms, and a kitchenette which are all located on the same level as the reception area.
The rental period is Friday (4PM-10PM), Saturday (8AM-12AM), and Sunday (8AM-10AM).
The Sunday

The Sunday includes the same amenities as the South Fork package with the rental period being from 12PM-10 PM on Sunday only.
Weekday Wedding

We do offer the opportunity to hold a wedding Monday through Thursday as well including access to the riverfront property and barn. Please use our contact form to inquire about availability.
Elopement package

Just looking for an outdoor ceremony site for an intimate gathering? We offer the use of our riverside property from Sunday through Thursday for those who want to to simply exchange their vows surrounded by nature. This package doesn’t include use of our barn, but allows couples more flexibility for reception options that may better suit their budget or style.

We have an optional add on fireworks package, which we think every event deserves. Let us know if you would like more information. Prices vary based on length of show !

Please reach out if you have any additional questions about our venue, and the packages/services that we offer. We are semi- climate controlled, therefore opened seasonally from April through October with a guest capacity of 150. We realize that there are a lot of moving parts to holding a big event, and want to make sure that you feel comfortable. These prices are suited for weddings, but we can consider other types of events based on availability.
The above pricing includes 5 ft round tables (20), 8 ft rectangle tables (5), small round or rectangle sweetheart table, chairs for both the barn and outdoor ceremony site, an arbor, a mobile bar, a fire pit, yard games, 4 whiskey barrels (indoors), and several log benches throughout the property. We also have a growing decor selection, which is available upon request.
